Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher. Maintain a positive and productive learning environment. Support students with their learning and ensure work is completed. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Liaise with teaching staff and report back on student progress. Requirements: Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential. A passion for working with young people and a flexible approach to work. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively. Eligibility to work in the UK and possess a DBS (or be willing to obtain one).
