Robertson Bell are supporting this organisation to recruit an Interim Accounts Payable Officer on an initial three-month contract, which has the potential for extension. The head office is based in Kent and operating on a hybrid working pattern of two days on site and three from home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing, coding, and uploading invoices into the system.
* Leading on the payment runs and reconciling the bank accounts, supplier statements and credit card payments.
* Assisting with cashflow reporting.
* Maintaining the busy finance inbox – answering queries.
This would be the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to develop their Accounts Payable skills even further and engage with all ends of a successful organisation, from top to bottom.
Minimum Requirements:
* Previous Accounts Payable experience, with familiarity with banking processes.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to regularly communicate across the team.
* Experience using numerous financial accounting softwares and strong Excel skills.
