***Studio Manager / Booking Manager***
Location: South London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm (occasional evenings/weekends with overtime)

The Role:
We are looking for a proactive, highly organised Studio Manager/Booking Manager to oversee the smooth running of daily operations, manage client bookings, and act as the face of the business for visiting production teams and creatives.
Responsibilities:
* Manage all studio bookings and maintain a busy pencilling and confirmation diary system
* Act as front-of-house, providing a warm, professional welcome to all clients
* Handle all customer enquiries and booking requests via phone and email
* Coordinate catering, restaurant logistics, parking, and other client requests
* Organise staff rotas and shifts to ensure full operational coverage
* Conduct client recces and studio tours
* Manage purchasing and inventory of studio supplies
