Join our ambitious fundraising team and play a vital role in donor care and administration of our charity membership scheme. Our members and supporters are at the heart of our work, and you'll be the first point of contact and the voice of the Soil Association membership scheme. This means you'll quickly gain a deep appreciation of why we have such a loyal supporter base. You'll have a passion for great customer service and enjoy speaking with highly engaged supporters.
We're looking for someone with a strong customer service background, both in writing and by telephone. You will have extensive experience in database administration and financial processing, as well as experience in a busy administration role with competing deadlines. Someone who enjoys being on the phone and has experience dealing with an organization's supporters or members is ideal.
The Soil Association, formed in 1946, is the only UK charity that works across the spectrum of human health, the environment, and animal welfare. We campaign for change, support farming innovation, serve healthy food in communities, grow the organic market, and protect forests.
