The Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital in Impington is currently recruiting for multiple roles including these.
1. Hotel Services Manager: Lead, drive, develop and manage hard-working teams to deliver a customer focused, five star catering and housekeeping experience to all Patients, Consultants and Colleagues at the hospital. Ensure the environment is maintained to a high standard. Play an active role within the Hospital Management Team, attend key meetings, contribute to the delivery of the Hospital strategy within the non-clinical teams, control budgets (including staff costs) and ensure all policies and protocols are followed. 2. Hotel Services Assistant – Pantry: Assist the catering team in providing exemplary care to patients who are on our wards. Responsible for assisting them with menu options, general tidying and ensuring refreshments are regular. Joining the Hospitality team on either a full time or part time permanent basis working either 22.5, 30 or 37.5 hours p/week over either 3, 4 or 5 days. Apply before 07/06/2024
3. Bookings Administrator – Outpatients: Work within our Bookings Department, collaborating with Medical Secretaries, Consultants and other departments within the hospital to manage clinic administration, provide patients with information and book appointments. Ensure a first class service to patients with accurate and timely information and documentation. This is on a part time, permanent basis working 22.5 hours p/week which would be a total of 3 days out of 5. Apply before 22/05/2024
4. Imaging Administrator: Based on the Radiology department reception desk, welcoming, registering and booking appointments for all patients in a warm, professional and caring manner. Respond to enquiries from patients, members of the public and consultants in a timely, courteous and efficient manner. Collate necessary paperwork for radiographer/radiologist to undertake/report the examination. Process all imaging reports and distribute to source of origin. Maintain departmental electronic and manual filing systems accurately (RIS, Mammography paperwork). Apply before 16/06/2024
5. Bank Pharmacy Dispenser: Support the pharmacist in providing patient centred pharmacy services while also supporting other departments to ensure efficient and cost effective medication supply and stock control. Apply before 24/06/2024
