Description:
The Airworthiness Records team, based at London Gatwick Airport, is a world-class leader in managing aircraft records and configuration data throughout the aircraft lifecycle, from induction to End of Lease or Sale. Using cutting-edge technology, including electronic signatures and AI, we ensure accuracy and efficiency in supporting the smooth operation of our fleet. We are looking for a Records Fleet Transition Analyst to deliver compliant airworthiness technical records to Lessors/Owners, collaborate with engineering and logistics teams, and oversee project delivery while driving continuous improvement in a dynamic, digital environment.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Evaluating and compiling detailed aircraft compliance records to support the smooth transfer of continuing airworthiness to the next owner or operator.
2. Interpreting lease agreements, identifying and addressing any maintenance or compliance gaps.
3. Ensuring all required reports from AMOS accurately reflect supporting data.
4. Collaborating with Lessors, Owners, and internal departments to resolve queries.
5. Managing third-party service providers and attending fleet transition meetings.
6. Assisting with regulatory surveys, providing progress reports, overseeing budget/resource plans, and ensuring that all documentation meets contractual and regulatory standards.
What you’ll need to do the role:
The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of CAMO organisations, regulatory requirements (EASA, FOCA, CAA), and fleet transition processes, along with in-depth experience managing complex aircraft technical records, including assembly builds, LLPs, ADs, and SBs. Proficiency in AMOS and MS Office, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to manage high workloads under tight deadlines are essential. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, combined with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively, are key to success in this role.

Location & Hours of Work: This full-time role will be based in London Gatwick Airport and will be 40 hours per week.
