As a FLS Fitter, you will be the company's first point of contact with our customers regarding equipment maintenance and repairs.
A strong focus towards excellent customer service, the ability to complete service reports and a high level of communication are important attributes for this position.
Overall responsibility of the role is to safely service and repair all FLS Equipment in a timely manner and to an OEM standard.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Safely service and repair all FLS Equipment in a timely manner and to an OEM standard.
2. Provide / complete photographic reports and recommendations to clients and ensuring a high level of Customer Satisfaction is achieved.
3. To support our customers with commissioning and general maintenance, servicing and repairs of FLS equipment.
4. Deliver a high level of customer service, time management, work planning and self-management
5. Undertake routine inspections and servicing, attend breakdowns and working to ensure a high level of equipment availability both in the workshop and on customer sites.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
6. Trade qualifications are essential
7. Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding
8. Previous experience in a field service role
9. Driver's License essential
10. Strong Computer literacy
11. Good presentation & effective organisational and communication skills
12. Dedication to safety and compliance
13. High standard of technical skills relevant to the trade.
14. Ability to be read and understand engineering drawings.
15. Demonstrated Industry and Product knowledge of mineral processing in mining Sector.
16. High level of physical fitness to perform the job requirements
17. Team player, able to interface positively with all team members
18. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills in order to work with customers, contractors and other personnel on a daily basis
19. Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast paced, changing environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
