Our client is currently recruiting a Contract Coordinator in the Hillingdon area. We are looking for candidates who have previously worked in a similar position.
As a Contract Coordinator (Technical), you will provide vital support, reporting directly to our manager, ensuring the efficient execution of all administrative tasks related to a significant framework contract.
This position is an integral part of a larger, cohesive team, involving collaboration across various departments, process streams, and interaction with senior managers and client representatives.
REQUIRED CRITICAL SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS
* Previous experience in a technical and dynamic administrative role.
* A good level of education (A-Level Standard).
* Strong IT skills, encompassing proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to organise and manage outputs.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to multitask effectively.
* Familiarity with various web-based systems, including Symology, Navision etc
* Measurement, contract administration, record keeping, maintaining key schedules for information and procurement, tendering and placement.
