The successful candidate will work closely and collaboratively with the People team and other departments across the wider business to deliver a high-quality, efficient, and exceptional HR service to all stakeholders. This will involve developing strong working relationships with managers, employees, and external partners to ensure that HR policies and initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented. The role will oversee, coordinate, and administer all processes related to the employee lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to payroll, recruitment and onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, employee relations, relationship management, and health, safety and compliance. The individual will ensure all HR procedures are carried out promptly and professionally while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with relevant policies and legal requirements. By managing these processes seamlessly, the role will play a crucial part in supporting the overall success and growth of the business while ensuring a positive employee experience throughout their time with the organisation. What are we looking for? Strong administration skills with a good knowledge of IT systems Confident in the use and application of MS Excel Experience of working in HR and payroll Experience or understanding of payroll administration Strong attention to detail Excellent organising and influencing skills Excellent numeracy skills and data accuracy Full driving licence What do you need to do next?
