Job title: Technical Administrator
Job type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Bristol, hybrid working available (4 days on site and 1 day from home)
Hours of work: Up to 40 hours per week
Applicants must posses the following:
- Around 5 years experience in an administration capacity
- Experience liaising with senior team members and executives
- Strong organisational, time management and work prioritisation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel)
- Experience undertaking various administrative duties such as document control, scheduling meetings and managing diaries/appointments
Ideally applicants should also have:
- Experience working within a highly regulated industry (e.g. nuclear, defence, aerospace, rail, oil/gas)
- Business administration qualification
Role information:
- Working alongside a multi-disciplinary team
- Manage meetings and appointments
- Act as point of contact for document control
- Undertake other administrative duties as required
