Deputy Manager - Sevenoaks, Kent
Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for a Deputy Manager with bundles of energy and enthusiasm to join our team. If you have previous experience of leading a team within the hospitality or service-led environment and are looking for a new and rewarding challenge; this may be just the job for you.
Located on Bank Street in the heart of Sevenoaks town centre, the Restoration is perfectly placed for a bite to eat or a drink while shopping. Dating back to 1616, the pub boasts a stylish, contemporary look while retaining its traditional feel. The Restoration offers a large al fresco seating area, which is a popular spot for watching the world go by and is renowned for its delicious menu, all cooked to order using local ingredients wherever possible.
As an ambassador for our brand, this role will see you supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the business, deputising in their absence, and driving the delivery of continued growth and customer satisfaction at the site. Assisting in the creation of an inclusive culture within the business, you will work closely with the team, leading and developing them while ensuring that they offer excellent customer service at every opportunity.
