Duties and Responsibilities This post will work under the line management of the Head of Service for Stop Smoking. The role will be varied, challenging and rewarding as you support and develop the service through implementation, delivery and ongoing innovation and service development. Key responsibilities will be: Engaging with local people, services and partners to ensure local awareness and explore partnership opportunities and co-production activities. Working closely with operational colleagues to support and increase referrals and develop partnerships with all potential referrers in your locality. Attending local health forums/groups/meetings where required to represent ABL, promote the service and maintain local partnerships Update the partnership database with all contacts including required follow up contact Skills and Competencies Required Oversee and measure the impacts of Dudleys marketing and communications strategy Embed referral pathways to ensure efficiency and quality referrals into the service Be experienced in community engagement and partnership working in a community health environment. Experience of building and maintaining community partnerships Positive and proactive with the ability to motivate, engage and support partnership delivery Build strong relationships; Foster trust and co-operation among colleagues, stakeholders, community leaders, commissioners and sub-contractors Quality driven; you naturally seek high standards and actively seek to improve them.
