Responsibilities
Assist the Team Manager in planning and coordinating daily operations of the department.
Supervise and support frontline staff, providing guidance and mentoring as needed.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, facilitating training and development opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Participate in budget planning and management to optimize departmental resources.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment among team members.
Handle patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer service.
Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in healthcare regulations and quality standards.

End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £18.53
