This role that you are applying for will be working for KINTO UK Ltd, which is a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group, with offices located in Portsmouth. KINTO UK shares their HR function with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in the UK; however, the job being advertised will not be working directly for Toyota Financial Services.
KINTO UK has ambitious growth plans for the coming years across all channels, particularly for Toyota and Lexus Contract Hire in various forms.
We are focused on offering a proactive, professional, and modern way of interacting with customers and prospects, with particular emphasis on how we can better support a digital journey and how we maximize the renewal ratio of existing customers.
The main purpose of the role is to work with the KINTO One Direct Manager to deliver a strong renewals process and conversion rate that is compliant with all legislation while delivering a positive customer experience for both Toyota and KINTO.
In addition, the role will provide first-line support for all direct and indirect Contract Hire leads via various sales channels. While primarily focused on sales, delivering a first-class customer experience, the Toyota way, and understanding the value of future sales opportunities on every customer interaction where a sale is not completed is just as important to us.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage current customers whose Contract Hire agreement is due to end within a defined time frame and offer a new agreement.
* Confidently and effectively offer alternative end-of-contract options where a new replacement vehicle is not required.
* Become comfortable and an expert with all internal systems, specifically the operations of Ngage, our quoting and contract activation system.
* Build a strong working relationship with TGB and TFS, working collaboratively together in a partnership to ensure client and team objectives are met.
* Become the first line of contact for direct sales opportunities and be able to take customers efficiently through to completion of sale.
* Become the first line of contact for web leads and inquiries, efficiently converting inquiries to product sales.
* Work with TGB Fleet to localize all sales where possible.
