What you will be doing:
* Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic client accounts, developing relationships with C-level and HR management, and keeping abreast of business and talent needs.
* Define appropriate product offerings to meet customers' needs, optimizing talent assessment and management activities and delivering sales presentations accordingly.
* Drive the sale through to the conclusion by navigating roadblocks.
* Work with internal teams to successfully deliver projects.
* Develop strategic account plans, forecast future sales activity, and report accordingly.
What we are looking for from you:
* Demonstrable SaaS solution sales experience, ideally from a Consulting or Business Services background
* Experience in a Business to Business (B2B) environment
* Working with Enterprise customers.
Desirable:
* Experience selling to HR and/or C Level
* HCM experience
* HR qualification or business-related discipline
The candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
