Job Title: Car Sales Executive
Location: Perth PH1 3AA
Salary: Basic Salary £25,000 basic salary + commission – OTE 40-60k+
Working Hours: 45 hours – Rotated Weekends Off
Driving Licence Essential

Their dealership in Perth is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.
You will be selling a variety of new and used cars from a variety of brands.
What you will do:
* Deliver a first-class customer experience.
* Build lasting relationships with your customers through your energetic and outgoing personality. You won’t just be doing this in person but also over the phone.
* Provide a full and thorough service to our client's customers to ensure they are matched with the correct car that meets all of their needs.
* Strive to meet your sales targets to ensure you have the best opportunity to achieve your optimistic earning potential.
* Work well in a team environment, we rely on one another to perform to ensure we deliver the best customer experience.
* Have excellent attention to detail, with good and robust financial services regulations and big transaction balances, it’s important that an applicant can get the details right. Again, we can support and offer training to help you sharpen up the detailed aspect of the role.
Requirements
Essential Skills:
* Car sales experience is preferred but not essential.
* If you do not have car sales experience our clients are looking for people with face-to-face sales experience in areas such as Mobile Phones, White Goods / Electrical, Furniture, etc.
* Proven ability to deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
* Fantastic communication skills and a natural ability to build a conversation.
* High level of drive and passion to be successful.
* Willing to learn and challenge yourself.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry to earn.
* Organised and a high level of resilience.
* Full and valid UK driving license.
