Corporate Banking supports clients in the UK with an annual turnover of over £6.5 million, in addition to large local companies, financial institutions and multinationals in non-UK markets. You will support and contribute to the growth of one or more relationship managed portfolios across UK Corporate Banking, working closely with Bankers and/or Associate Bankers to delight customers and maximize overall satisfaction & advocacy. Purpose of the Role To support Relationship Directors with the growth of their portfolio, maximizing the clients' overall experience by striving to be consistently excellent. Accountabilities Follow, improve, and strengthen controls, working with Relationship Director to proactively identify and manage risk. Manage relationships with Product and Group Partners, delivering Products and Services to meet client needs. Support Relationship Managers/Directors with client contact strategy, Annual Reviews, and maintenance of client account plans. Drive positive Savanta scores by ensuring servicing activity is directed to the appropriate contact point, championing self-serve and digital adoption. Participate in internal training programs to develop knowledge of banking products, financial analysis, and relationship management skills. Develop and maintain industry knowledge relevant to portfolio purity, supporting team industry initiatives.
