What will I be doing?
To manage the provision of a professional Learning and Development service to the business by developing employee growth, building critical skills, and aligning learning initiatives with business goals to meet current and future challenges.
- To manage the design and delivery of a range of learning and development strategies to develop a long term skills strategy
- To manage the design and delivery of effective interventions and approaches to talent and succession management to support career progression
- To manage and develop the LMS system and linked processes
- To manage the administration provision of all learning and development initiatives
- To take full responsibility of the learning and development budget
- To define the sites learning and development priorities to align to Safran Nacelle's objectives
- To manage the corporate social responsibility strategy for the site, engaging with a network of external stakeholders
- To ensure delivery of all mandatory training for the site
- To facilitate Safran Nacelles future pipeline, including STEM, work experience, career events and Manufacturing events
- The manage the design and delivery of the Corporate Company induction, using innovative and creative techniques
- To manage the skills matrices on the site including all reporting tools ensuring we have a competency framework to deliver the skills for the future
- To manage the Personal Development Review process
- Engagement with the Safran UK L&D network group
- To manage the EN9100 process
- Lead benchmarking and identification of best practice initiatives
- To manage contracts as required

- 37 hour working week over 4.5 days with a 1pm finish on Friday
- Flexi-time scheme that allows you to take two half days or one full day off per month
