Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with our seasoned instructor team to deliver top-notch technical training aligned with the statement of training requirement.
2. Inspire and mentor trainees with infectious enthusiasm, ensuring the highest standards of training excellence are upheld.
3. Provide hands-on support for both practical and theoretical training sessions, catering to the needs of both the Royal Navy and our industry partners at the Trident Training Facility.
4. Conduct thorough reviews of training documentation under the guidance of the Training Delivery Associate Manager, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
5. Embrace shift work as necessary to support the Royal Navy's Training and Trident Engineering Support Trainer Programs.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of approved documentation, health and safety regulations, and compliance standards to uphold the integrity of the Trident Program and meet company requirements.
The successful candidate must be capable of achieving the appropriate level of security clearance (SC) initially and progressing to Developed Vetting (DV).
Join Our Team as a Senior Project Planner
This role benefits from our 4xFlex working pattern offering a 4 day working week Monday - Thursday. Also benefiting from hybrid working with typically 2 days a week onsite. The Planner shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of planning and schedule management in support of program capture and execution.
2. Supports the proposal preparation planning including development of planning artefacts for solicitation response.
3. Interfaces with program management, senior management and the contractual customer as the programs planning integrator.
4. Supports the validation of cost and schedule integration for effective program performance management.
5. Supports the vertical and horizontal integration between all schedules and other program artefacts.
6. Supports the modelling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline.
7. Works alongside the Risk Manager to perform time-phased predictive analyses, critical path verification and schedule risk analysis to assess the capability of the program to meet their commitments and communicate this to the programme manager.
8. Supports the resolution of schedule conflicts, develops and implements work-around strategies and tactical alternatives.
9. Utilises performance and health metrics to communicate actions to the programme team to drive improved program performance.
10. Maintenance and status updates of the IMS on a weekly & monthly basis.
11. Maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline.
12. Creation and Maintenance of the Project Business Rhythm.
13. Generation of Schedule Information for client and management reviews.
The successful candidate must be eligible for Security Clearance (SC).
