Role and Responsibilities: Client Management: Provide financial advice to a portfolio of existing clients, focusing on investments, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate management Relationship Building: Build long-lasting relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and referrals Financial Planning: Conduct comprehensive financial reviews, assessing each client’s unique needs, goals, and risk profiles to deliver personalized financial plans. Product Recommendation: Utilise a wide range of products and services to meet client objectives, staying compliant with regulatory standards Ongoing Service: Conduct regular reviews with clients, keeping them informed of their portfolio’s performance and any new opportunities Grow you client bank: Gain new clients via referral, professional connections etc. Skills/experience required: Qualified IFA: Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipFA) or equivalent and CAS essential; full CeMAP qualification is a plus, Chartered status or near to an advantage. Proven Experience: At least 3 years in a financial advisory role, with a strong track record in managing and growing a client bank. Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and approachable way. Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to prioritize client needs and build trusted relationships Regulatory Awareness: In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and commitment to maintaining compliance.
