We are working with a software company based in Cambridge seeking a Sales Team Lead for their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working arrangements.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading the team to sell products and solutions within the UK.
2. Creating campaigns and strategies to increase usage.
3. Providing support to grow accounts.
4. Setting and reviewing individual and team sales quotas.
5. Conducting regular team reviews.
6. Engaging with customers via phone calls, web, and face-to-face meetings.
7. Managing existing accounts.
