Milecastle Primary School is seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 teachers to join our supportive and hardworking team, where our mission is for our school community to be excited about and love learning.
Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Class Teacher with an interest/expertise in science, history or geography.
We are looking for a teacher who:
• has a record of outstanding classroom teaching
• can inspire children and ensure they reach their potential
• is a team player and can work collaboratively with colleagues across school
• can make a contribution to the whole school
• is interested in continuing professional development and research.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons that inspire a love for learning in pupils, and has a track record of outstanding teaching
• Lead a subject across the whole school, ensuring it meets the needs of all learners and aligns with school objectives
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
