On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Claims Handling Service Co-ordinator to join their Commercial Claims Handling Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading team, working on a variety of different cases with excellent long term progression opportunities. You will be able to work from home frequently with travel to the Taunton office at least once a month for our team anchor day.

* Ability to organise and synchronise activities, resources, and people to achieve common goals. Ensure that a tasks are assigned, deadlines are met and communication flows throughout the team.
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and internal stakeholders
* Team Player who demonstrates collaborative skills; flexible in problem solving, and supportive of team members
* Has experience in dealing with client loss funds, which also involves dealing with payments, requesting top-ups and actioning third party payments and queries
* Has experience in preparing and analysing claims bordereaux.
Responsibilities
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements
* Delivering and improving accounting practices and driving operational efficiencies.
* Assisting with client billing, debt management and cash collections
* Client Loss fund management, including undertaking weekly and monthly account reconciliation.
* Work alongside Client Reporting & Insights Team.
* Client and team event management
* Work alongside Head of Claims Handling and the Claims Partner to provide administrative and scheduling support
