Senior UX Researcher

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be part of a close-knit team of designers. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving user-centered design and enhancing user experience within the iGaming space. This is a hands-on position where you'll lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of UX research and testing processes, while also providing strategic insights to stakeholders and mentoring other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and implement UX research processes and testing
* Recruit participants, conduct interviews, and gather insights to improve user experience
* Create user personas based on in-depth research and data analysis
* Work with the Design Manager to develop a standardized UX research framework
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development
* Define and track key UX metrics to ensure data-driven decisions
* Maintain a UX research repository for easy reference and continuous learning
* Advocate for users in strategic discussions and ensure their needs are at the forefront
Skills and Experience Needed:
* At least 4 years of experience in UX research and testing
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* A deep understanding of user behavior and user-centered design
* Experience with research tools and basic Figma skills
* Up-to-date knowledge of UX industry trends
Desired Experience:
* Experience leading teams or mentoring others
* Previous experience in the mobile gaming industry
* Creation of interactive prototypes for usability testing
