Learning Support Assistant We are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant for a fixed-term position covering maternity leave. The role is part-time and term-time only. The post holder will join our busy and versatile Inclusion team, who are responsible for supporting students with additional requirements, maximising educational opportunities for learners, and supporting them to reach their full potential and career aspirations. Our LSAs work across the college, supporting all sites and subject areas, from Business Admin lessons, to Motor Vehicle workshop sessions. Alongside supporting students with their subject specific course, LSAs provide in class literacy, numeracy and ICT support and help embed it within the curriculum under the supervision of teaching staff.
