Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a national, Legal 500 ranked firm in Manchester who are looking for an Employment Senior Associate to join their team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Advise clients on employment law issues like discrimination, wrongful dismissal, and employee rights.Represent clients in employment disputes and tribunal claims.Provide guidance on employee relations, including handling grievances and performance management.Draft and review contracts, policies, and legal documents.Support business development and maintain client relationships.Keep clients updated on changes in employment law.Mentor and support junior associates in their development.Lead negotiations and settlements for the best client outcomes.
The successful candidate:
8 + years PQE in Employment Law.Skilled in handling employment disputes and representing clients in tribunal claims.Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and employment policies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and advisory skills.Ability to manage employee relations and workplace issues.Experience in mentoring junior associates.Deep knowledge of labor laws and regulations.Proven ability to build client relationships and contribute to business development.Experience in managing complex legal cases and achieving successful outcomes.
