We currently have an exciting opportunity for a site-based GOC Manager to manage client protected security systems, ensuring uninterupted delivery to the business and regulatory compliance. You will also be managing the control room using C-Cure 9000 & executive home access control systems and alarm management & response protocols. A valid SIA Front-Line License & First Aid - essential Effective time management including deadlines 5 years Security Management experience. Experience in Security Command Centre enviroment. Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels. Ability to work to deadlines, multitasking and working under pressure. Full UK Driving License. Excellent IT Skills including security systems & Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel) Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards What are you going to do: To manage onsite recruitment following Corps Security Process and select team as required. To approve and control leave, sickness absence and overtime. Liaise with and meet with Group Security and key contacts on a regular basis. Fully understand the requirement and implement a service of excellence in all aspects of the role. Work in partnership with other Service Partners and customers’ representatives. Define clear operational procedures and ensure staff compliance. Report & liaise on a daily basis with direct reports to ensure effective communication of all matters to ensure the delivery of a high standard professional security service. Ensure all staff work in safe conditions, acting upon all reports of accidents and faults and that staff carry out their duties in accordance with procedures and policies. Provide support in ensuring appropriate motivation, development and training of staff. Ensure that all necessary equipment is supplied to members of the services team through liaison with the Security Manager, Windsor Front of House Manager, National Front of House Manager, and the National Account Manager.
