As a Customer Service Advisor in our Data Services team, you will:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to obtain meter readings and book customer appointments.
* Manage and coordinate customer appointments by liaising with different internal departments.
* Generate emails and perform administrative tasks using internal systems.
* Provide outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve queries.
* Deliver a seamless customer experience while maintaining high service standards.
* Support other departments as required to meet the needs of the contact centre.
What We’re Looking For:
* GCSE-level education (including English and Maths) or equivalent.
* Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* A team player with the ability to work independently.
* Customer service experience (face-to-face or over the phone).
* Previous experience in a contact centre environment, especially within the utilities industry.
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing business needs.
Please note: All successful candidates must pass a basic criminal record check, prove their eligibility to work in the UK, and provide suitable references for the past 5 years.
This is a temporary 6 month contract position, with the potential to be extended after a review towards the end of the fixed term contract.
