From forecasting and supplier management to warehousing, logistics, and dealer support, you’ll build the systems and partnerships that underpin a premium customer ownership experience. This is a pivotal role in ensuring parts availability drives both customer satisfaction and commercial growth across global markets. Key Responsibilities Strategic Parts Supply Chain Leadership Lead the global parts operations function across procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution. Develop and implement an optimised global parts supply chain strategy, ensuring agility, cost-efficiency, and high availability. Align operations with the broader Aftersales strategy to support vehicle uptime, customer retention, and revenue targets. Inventory Planning & Availability Oversee forecasting, planning, and replenishment processes to meet dynamic market demand while minimising excess stock and obsolescence. Monitor key performance indicators including availability rates, backorder levels, fulfilment lead times, and service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure proactive inventory positioning and responsiveness to market shifts. Dealer Support & Service Excellence Work closely with regional dealer networks to understand demand patterns, seasonal trends, and emerging needs. Implement processes that ensure dealers receive timely, accurate parts deliveries to support exceptional customer service and first-time fix rates. Champion a customer-first culture across the parts ecosystem, ensuring both internal and external partners are aligned on quality and service standards. Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement Drive operational excellence and cost optimisation through process improvements, automation, and systems enhancement. Lead strategic partnerships with 3PLs, distribution centres, and logistics providers to secure global reach and service consistency. Continuously analyse performance data, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to strengthen supply chain resilience. Leadership & Collaboration Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing global parts operations team. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Aftersales teams to ensure alignment between part supply, product evolution, and service demand. Act as a key escalation point for operational challenges, proactively managing risk and stakeholder expectations. About You 8-12 years of progressive leadership experience in global parts operations, supply chain, or logistics, ideally within the automotive or related industries (motorcycles, cars, heavy equipment, industrial vehicles, etc.). Deep understanding of aftermarket parts lifecycle, forecasting, and inventory management. Proven experience leading complex, multi-market distribution and supply chains at scale. Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset, with the ability to balance service excellence and operational efficiency. Skilled in systems and process optimisation (ERP, WMS, inventory planning tools). Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
