As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via telephone and email, processing customer orders, and monitoring stock availability. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure accurate management of core customer data and effective resolution of any depot errors. By balancing customer orders across wash depots, you will contribute to efficient order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
⭐️ Key Accountabilities:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
Process customer orders and monitor stock availability
Manage core customer data and maintain internal reports
Collaborate with the team to ensure demand and supply planning
Book transport as necessary
Skills and Knowledge:
Experience in the food/fresh produce industry or retail sector
Customer service/client-facing background
Knowledge of SAP preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word
Ability to develop strong customer relationships and handle difficult situations
Self-motivated, well-organised, and attentive to detail
