What we offer you:
* Location: Hythe, Kent (Supported Living)
* Salary: £ per hour
* Working hours: Shift work including early shifts, late shifts, and alternate weekends. Sleep-ins at the service are £
* Holidays: 33 days annual leave, including 8 statutory bank holidays
* Pay incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% for key dates over Christmas
* Training & development: Fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care

What you'll be doing:
Every day is different. You might support someone with shopping, outdoor activities, personal care, attending gigs, or building confidence in using public transport. You will help individuals discover new interests, achieve goals, and maintain relationships.
You will provide high-quality care, listen to their needs, assist with daily tasks like medication and cooking, and support confidence-building and new adventures. Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays, is essential.
Having a driving license and access to a car is preferred due to limited public transport options.
