Multi-Site Registered Manager Residential Children's Home
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Registered Manager to lead our multi-site residential children's homes in Romford and Waltham Abbey, East London.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned manager with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and services to young people. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential children's homes, ensuring that all aspects of care meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the management of our multi-site residential children's homes in Romford and Waltham Abbey, East London
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality of care and services
* Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Ofsted, local authorities, and families
* Recruit, train, and develop a team of dedicated staff who share our commitment to providing exceptional care
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum, plus overtime paid at an hourly rate. Sleep shifts are also paid at £50.00 per hour. Requirements:
* At least one to two years of management experience working with young people in a residential setting within the past five years
* Experience working in a similar role or sector, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and services
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
* A deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to ensure compliance
