Salary Grade 4, Pts 5-6 (£3,214 to £3,241 per annum)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Cobden Primary School on a fixed term basis until August 2025, working between the hours of 12pm - 1.15pm Monday to Friday, term time only (38 weeks). The Midday Supervisor is responsible for supervising meals, promoting good eating habits and caring for the children’s physical safety and welfare, under the direction of the Headteacher.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Be a compassionate staff member who possesses the invaluable skill of actively listening to children’s concerns and problems
2. Have the natural ability to build positive relationships with children. Someone who enjoys playing games and can create a fun and engaging environment
3. Be a team player
4. Have good communication skills
5. Be kind and have a caring nature and someone who can assist with practical aspects like managing water bottles and lunch boxes
