A well-established multinational firm is looking for an articulate and personable Customer Service Advisor to join its team, based in Teddington on a part-time basis (22.5 hours per week). Please note that the chosen candidate will be required to be in the office 4 days per week and can work remotely 1 day per week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to the Customer Care Team. You will be handling customer enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the post room, liaising with postal services and couriers.
In order to be suitable for this role, you must be a computer literate, consummate communicator with proven customer service experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience with Salesforce or a similar customer relationship management tool is advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Customer Service professional to join a market-leading business.
