The Role:
CyberOne is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to focus on developing our existing company accounts within the UK. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with exceptional energy, passion, and initiative for identifying new revenue streams and growing customer relationships. Candidates must have experience in account management and come from a Vendor, Distribution, or Reseller background.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue within existing company accounts.
* Identify and pursue new revenue streams within assigned accounts.
* Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with key stakeholders to foster growth opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with the Professional Services team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Promote and sell comprehensive solutions including software, services, and support to guarantee customer success.
* Partner with Marketing to organise and participate in seminars, trade shows, and other marketing events.
* Work with Channel and Enterprise Directors to provide training on CyberOne's products, services, pricing, and operational processes.
* Travel to engage with existing customers to sustain and grow market share.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful sales presentations to inform, persuade, and close business deals.
* Develop and promote innovative ways for CyberOne to stand out in the marketplace.
* Acquire in-depth knowledge of CyberOne’s services, market trends, competitive landscape, and strategies to secure additional business from competitors.

* Proven track record in account management with a strong understanding of technology.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a fast-growing customer base.
* Bachelor’s degree.
* 3+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity sales or account management.
* Ability to plan and achieve goals independently while managing multiple complex tasks.
* Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
* Highly organised, analytical, and able to overcome sales obstacles with creative approaches.
* Professional, motivated, with excellent project and task management skills.
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
