The Role
As a Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations across our services. You will be responsible for:
* Handling incoming and outgoing communications via calls, emails, and LiveChat.
* Onboarding new clients and providing them with essential service information.
* Processing payments and generating invoices.
* Booking and managing appointments.
* Creating and proofreading documents.
* Collating and verifying data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
* Liaising with external healthcare bodies and internal MDT members.
* Presenting reports and case information to the internal team.
* Handling first-line complaints and resolving conflicts professionally.
* Ensuring compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements.
This is a demanding yet rewarding role that requires a fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following:
Essential:
* Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar or senior administrative role.
* Prior experience in healthcare or healthcare administration is mandatory.
* Strong understanding of healthcare procedures and relevant regulatory policies.
* Excellent IT proficiency, particularly in Google Workspace.
* Exceptional attention to detail and pattern recognition skills.
* A problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing processes.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Proactive approach to process improvement—offering solutions rather than just identifying problems.
Desirable:
* Degree qualification (or extensive experience in lieu of a degree).
* CQC compliance knowledge or prior experience working within a regulated healthcare environment.
* Experience in project management or business process improvement.
* Leadership qualities, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
