You will have full class responsibilities, which will be planning, marking and teaching. As a Science Teacher, your responsibilities will include: Teaching engaging Science lessons to KS3 and KS4 students. Following the National Curriculum to ensure student progression. Managing classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment. Assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback. Collaborating with the wider Secondary School team to achieve excellent outcomes. Required Skills and Experience as a Science Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT). Proven experience as a Secondary Teacher delivering science to KS3 and KS4 students. Excellent subject knowledge and strong behaviour management skills. Ability to follow the National Curriculum and adapt lesson plans accordingly. A passion for inspiring and motivating students within a Secondary School setting.
