We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team in a challenging and diverse role.
You will be a strong communicator and be able to influence where needed. The role of a Service Advisor is a busy one, with no two days the same but also rewarding.

Responsibilities
* Being the point of contact for customers requiring servicing or repair to their vehicles.
* Manage the flow of information between the workshop, the rest of the business, and the customer.
* Handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.
* Qualify service needs and establish understanding and agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.
* Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
* Manage the handover and administration of loan vehicles. Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation.
* Work directly with the workshop controller and parts manager.
* Report directly to the aftersales manager.
Skills Required:
* Competency in numeracy, literacy, and IT.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure.
* Knowledge of the motor trade.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Good team player.
* Experience with Pinnacle or another dealer management system (preferred).
* Full UK driving licence.
46 Hours per week
Monday - Friday 08:00am - 18:00pm
Saturday 08:00am - 12:00pm on a rota basis
1-hour lunch break
