We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our client's HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of HR, from employee records management to recruitment support.
What You'll Be Doing
✅ Updating and maintaining accurate employee records in the company database.
✅ Drafting and issuing employment offers, contracts, and other HR documents.
✅ Coordinating payroll documentation, including pay calculations, holiday entitlement, and sick leave.
✅ Organising interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
✅ Conducting pre-employment and reference checks.
✅ Processing Return to Work documents, absenteeism reports, and ensuring all required paperwork is complete.
✅ Maintaining both paper and electronic HR records.

What We're Looking For
🔹 HR or Administrative Experience - HR admin experience is preferred, but strong general admin skills are essential.
🔹 Industry Experience - Experience in the care sector is desirable.
🔹 HR Qualifications - Any HR-related qualifications or knowledge of HR procedures would be a plus.
🔹 Proactive & Detail-Oriented - A can-do attitude and strong work ethic are key to succeeding in this role.
