Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and grow relationships with clients, achieving annual revenue targets. Leverage phone-based selling alongside face-to-face meetings to secure business. Update and manage the CRM system (Salesforce) with accurate sales figures, pipelines, and client notes. Collaborate closely with the marketing team, sharing insights and contributing to campaigns. Monitor client payment statuses and follow up as needed to ensure timely payments. Attend competitor exhibitions and events to identify and secure new business opportunities. Manage and update exhibition floorplans, ensuring maximum efficiency and client satisfaction. Act as the face of the exhibition, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving any issues professionally. Provide exceptional customer service, showcasing industry knowledge and expertise. Uphold company policies and deliver outstanding results for participating exhibitors. Key Skills & Experience Previous proven B2B sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills, both over the phone and face-to-face. Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and highly organised. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Positive and adaptable approach to working with diverse teams and cultures. Experience in event sales or international sales. Additional Information: Office-based role, working 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM on Fridays. 25 days of holiday. International travel opportunities.
