Job Purpose
* Preparation of letters of engagement and disengagement
* Oversee the boarding and disengagement process for clients
* Monitor the database closely, inputing and archiving data
* Ensure compliance and confidentiality across the portfolio, including legal documentation and other sensitive files
* Preparation of management information, including audit billing summaries
* Assist in the timely and accurate filing of financial statements on behalf of clients
* Support tax staff with commercial matters, including the preparation of tax returns
* Preparation of proposals and year-end quotes
* Review bank audit letter requests and tracking
* Oversee bookkeeping, stationary ordering and general reception duties
* Support with ad-hoc projects and other administratives duties

Job Requirements
* AAT qualified is desirable, but not essential
* Strong experience in financial adminisitration
* Excellent working knowledge of relevant software including Iris, SAGE, Xero and Microsoft Office
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* A hands-on, can-do attitude towards problem-solving
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload
* A team player with the ability to mentor and manager other team members
