Including departmental trackers, shared inboxes and expenses. Support with Learning and Development initiatives, co-ordinating key elements to create a successful outcome. Take ownership of our Learning and Development platform Thrive, ensuring it is up to date with the required content and relevant user access. Co-ordinate the onboarding process, ensuring all new colleagues have an incredible start to their time at AS. Manage the tracking of long service and employee recognition, organise and issue awards and certifications. Support with the set up of regular and ad-hoc training sessions and meetings. Coordinate response to ER cases, updating the tracker daily and proactively chasing other stakeholders for updates. Report to the Retail People Manager any issues, concerns or risks within ER cases. Review and distribute Retail ER letters ensuring they are accurate, pro-actively raising concerns as to content. Build strong cross functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. What we’re looking for from the successful candidate… Experience providing exceptional admin support that is detailed and accurate. An ability to empower others in everything that you do A keen interest in the HR space, looking to develop a career within L&D and/or ER.
