Your new role Working for a not-for-profit organisation with a national footprint, you will be leading on a number of change projects. As the organisation embark on an operational restructure, you will take the lead, managing consultations, union negotiations and the roll-out of new structures. Following this, you will then look to embed new ways of working, and work closely with line managers to ensure a supportive culture and strong employee engagement. Alongside this, you will utilise your generalist HR knowledge to lead on escalated ad hoc ER case work. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for an experienced HR Professional who has a proven track record in delivering restructure programmes, including consultations. This is a predominantly home-based role, with occasional travel. This role offered will be based on a 6-month FTC.
