This role will provide a support function to the Office Manager and the day-to-day running of the office and other ad-hoc functions.
* Answering the main phone line into the office and dealing with the calls in a timely manner.
* Meeting visitors and taking in deliveries.
* Maintaining soft facilities such as cleaning contracts, first aiders, fire wardens, ensuring relevant paperwork and certificates.
* Book all shipping requests UK/Overseas.
* Assist with Marketing material mail outs in absence of team members.
* Carrying out completion of product sample requests and liaising with the Sales and Operations team to process the requests and notify the appropriate representative and update spreadsheets accordingly.
* File and log all legal agreements.
* Order office stationery and make sure best value for money is always obtained.
* Work effectively with all team members to ensure goals are consistently met and assist in day-to-day support where required.
Skills
* Excellent telephone manner and happy dealing with people.
* Can do and proactive approach to work.
* A good working knowledge of MS Office including Excel.
* Due to the location, a driver with own car would be ideal, unless living in Petersfield.
Hours
* Working hours will be 9-5 Monday to Friday but can offer flexibility when required.
