Office Based Role
9am – 6pm Monday – Friday with one Saturday on a rota basis
Must have a drivers licence

A property company based in Putney are on the lookout for a motivated and organised individual to join their sales team
In this role you will be working as part of a team to provide an exceptional customer experience to all our clients and customers.
Sales Administrator duties:
Scheduling and conducting property viewings and providing constructive feedback to the sellers.
Maintaining contact with a database of potential buyers.
Encouraging offers and negotiating between seller and buyer to reach an acceptable agreement.
Progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
Identifying and prospecting for further business opportunities.
Sales Administrator specification:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Well organised with an attention to detail.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Able to build rapport and the ability to maintain professional relationships with clients.
A full driving license.
Ideally some experience in a sales position but not essential for the role.
