What’s the opportunity?
As part of the Retail team, you’ll be based within our store in Kingsditch Retail park in Cheltenham, welcoming customers in and talking to them about our gorgeous furniture.
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you can earn up to £30,000.00 with Commission.
What does the role involve?
1. Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home.
2. Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications.
3. Accountable for delivering personal sales and KPIs.
4. Work within the team to deliver a 5-star customer experience.
5. Ensure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning, and moving furniture when needed.
6. Help to maintain a warm, friendly, and safe environment in our showrooms.
7. Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all ScS products and services.
8. Undertake other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role, as required.
What’s in it for you?
1. Basic salary between £21,280 - £24,980 with a realistic OTE of £30K per year.
2. In this store, our Retail Sales Assistants earn on average £800 - £1200 per month on top of their basic salary, although there’s no limit on how much you can earn.
3. Guaranteed commission of £400 per month in your first three months.
