What you will do
* Manage the recruitment requests throughout the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring utilisation of best practices and adhering to all SLAs.
* Manage and plan strategy for any large campaigns or recruitment requirements, utilising support from senior resourcing advisor / segment lead if necessary.
* Utilise all attraction methods in line with overall attraction strategy including use of the relevant social media sites.
* Arrange interviews as requested within SLAs.
* Prepare offer paperwork as required within SLAs.
* Point of contact for candidate queries.
* Ensure you are present online.
* Support managers with use of the ATS system.
* Conduct calls with stakeholders as necessary ensuring brand affirming, best practice stakeholder management.
* Deliver expert advice to hiring managers through market insights when requested and understanding of the market/business.
