What will the role involve?
* Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy, ensuring Bullion by Post is represented consistently and positively across all platforms.
* Content Leadership: Lead the creation and delivery of engaging, user-centric content across web, email, social media, and printed materials, ensuring alignment with our brand values and commercial objectives to expand our reach.
* Display Advertising: Full ownership of display advertising involving strategizing, executing, and optimising ad campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals.
* Media and Communications: Oversee media relations, ensuring we build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, influencers, and media outlets to enhance our reputation.
* Content Team Development: Manage and mentor the in-house team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
* Customer Engagement: Develop and refine the content and communication strategy to strengthen customer engagement, retention, and acquisition, working closely with our Customer Service and Marketing teams.
* Cross-Channel Consistency: Ensure that all written content, including website copy, blogs, and emails maintains a high standard of clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
* Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new opportunities for brand growth and testing innovative content formats to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Who are we looking for? You may have a variety of the below:
* Proven experience in developing and executing brand and content strategies, ideally within an eCommerce or retail setting.
* Strong media relations skills with the ability to secure impactful press coverage and build long-lasting relationships with media stakeholders.
* Exceptional editorial and copywriting skills with a strong eye for detail and the ability to deliver engaging, on-brand content across multiple channels.
* Leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing content or marketing teams.
* Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A solid understanding of customer engagement strategies.
* Passion for storytelling and brand-building, with an interest in precious metals or financial markets being a plus.
