Exciting opportunity: support the EpicEPR project at ESNEFT
EpicEPR training will begin in summer 2025, and work is underway to prepare training schedules. To ensure all training classes are available for booking on the OLM Learning Management System (LMS), we are looking for LMS EPR Support Officers to join the Faculty of Education's Digital Learning Team on a 6 month fixed-term contract or as a secondment opportunity. These roles will focus on building and maintaining multiple training tracks in OLM, ensuring these are ready when booking registration opens, and supporting staff during the registration window, responding promptly to queries.
We are looking for organised, enthusiastic and motivated individuals who ideally already have some previous experience of working in OLM / ESR. The posts require high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and good communication skills.
The posts will run for 6 months fromDecember 2024 and you will be fully supported by the OLM Lead and OLM Support Officer.
Internal applicants currently employed by ESNEFT will be offered on a secondment basis only. Please ensure you have secured the secondment agreement of your line manager before applying.
Main duties of the job
1. Assist with building and maintaining of complex training track.
2. Ensure queries are responded to promptly and amendments made within the LMS as required.
3. Support staff once training registration is open and during the training programme.
4. Provide a broad range of administrative/secretarial support relevant to area, managing diaries and ensuring that urgent matters are actioned and escalated without delay.
5. Actively participate in the developments of improvements for the services. Incorporate new practices to take account of new technology, demand/capacity tools.
