About therole
We are looking for an experiencedPractitioner Psychologist & Psychotherapist to join ourClinical Team, working as a key integrated member of our clinicalteam at our Belmont Primary School based in the NorthWest.
In this exciting role, you will workcollaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and interventionplans for pupils with complex communication needs, autism andassociated learning and emotional needs.
Youwill implement a holistic, therapeutic approach to helping ourpupils in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortableand healthy. Undertaking all aspects of Psychotherapy clinicalduties, you will adhere to professional and regulatory guidelines,carrying out specialist individual assessments and interventions,and preparing relevant documentation, including writing reports. Asignificant element of this role will be working alongside theonsite clinical team to continue to develop the clinical serviceprovision for the college including providing support and trainingto staff and parents.

Essential Criteria:
* Recognised qualification e.g.Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy and registered with appropriateprofessional body
* Minimumof Level 7 qualification or Level 5 qualification plus adequate andrelevant experience
* Clearand concise report writing relating to clinical and researchactivities
* BABCP or NCPCregistered, plus HCPC where applicable
* Experience of working with children and youngpeople with additional needs (e.g., complex trauma,neurodevelopmental differences, mental healthneeds)
* Ability to workindependently as agreed under supervision
* Experience of multi-professional work teams orservices within designated speciality
* Evidence of continuing professional developmentrelevant to the setting
* Full valid UK driving licence and access to acar
